Jo Ann Mazzeo was born and raised in New York and moved to New Jersey in 1986 where she began her family and her Real Estate Career. She moved to Florida and was named District Sales Manager for the Keyes Company/Realtors in the Boynton Beach office on September 1, 2005. Currently, Jo Ann is the Regional Sales Manager/ Broker for the Keyes Boynton Beach and The Fountains Country Club Lake Worth offices ; managing a professional team of 125+ highly skilled associates and overseas the 14 Keyes Offices in the Northern Region. Jo Ann is a licensed Broker in the State of Florida and New Jersey, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and RAPB’s Leadership Academy, a Certified International Property Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a Certified Investor Agent Specialist, and a Member of the Master Brokers Association. Jo Ann has been active with Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors and BeachesMLS serving on both boards as a director as well as on the Leadership, Grievance, Realtor Relations, Professional Standards, Awards and Finance Committees and as the V.P. of the South Regional Board. Jo Ann served as the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Board for 2018/19. She is a currently also a Board of Director for Florida Realtors. . She was awarded Broker of the Year for 2012 by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. Jo Ann also served as the Treasure for the Women’s Council of Realtors of the Palm Beaches for 2019. Prior to her joining Keyes, Jo Ann held the position of Branch Executive for Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate’s Manalapan, NJ office. In all of her positions, Jo Ann has been responsible for recruiting, coaching, training, retention and increasing office performance. She worked previously as a Sales Associate for both Coldwell Banker and Weichert Realtors in Manalapan, New Jersey. Specialties: Specializing in Residential, Luxury, Commercial and Rental Real Estate Transactions in the Boynton Beach, Manalapan, Lake Worth, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Atlantis and Green Acres areas. Her vast knowledge and years as a professional broker and coach has enabled her to grow and manage the most professional team of Realtors in Palm Beach County. On a personal note, Jo Ann has been married to Joe Mazzeo for 39 years. They have two children, Amanda 35 and Matthew 32 and two four legged children Max 12 and Lucy 7, both were rescues. She believes in giving back to her community and served as the Keyes Company’s Chairman for the Dolphin’s Cancer Challenge for six years, supports the Boynton Beach Caridad and the Tri-County Animal Rescue.
